Incinerator Subsystem

Middle Sized Incineration Plant Unit made up of a primary (pyrolysis) chamber to burn the waste, a secondary chamber to ignite the combustible gases generated in the pyrolysis chamber, a waste heat boiler to generate steam with the flue gases extracted from the secondary chamber, and a venturi scrubber and bag house to satisfy all of the latest EPA emissions requirement. Based on the waste characteristics the number of grate stage is designed in order for a proper mixture. This minimizes the high‐temperature ignition loss, and maximizes capability of incineration facilities. It is designed to flexibly handle various kinds of waste in order to increase efficiency of incineration facilities. Automation of input and re‐discharge facilities allows for an easy treatment. It’s usually applied to medium or large sized incineration facilities and used for incinerating city waste and industrial waste. |
