Product Features:
 
  1. Highly porous (70-95%):
         - Low density 0.4 g/cm3
         - Giving it a thermal shock resistance
  2. One piece construction:
         - Tube shape is self-supporting, no cage required
         - Inorganic binders and aluminosilicate fibers
  3. Efficiency comes from fiber’s thickness and is chemically almost inert due to ceramic fiber.
  4. High-temperature resistance, operating temperatures range 250 oC ~ 400 oC. Ceramic can handle higher temperatures (~900oC) as long as the rest of equipment is correct and can handle it.
  5. The Longest product is 3 meters long.
  6. Rigid and works like a fabric bag.
  7. Treats Dust, SOx, NOx, VOC, and Dioxins.
   





Filtration Mechanism:
  1. Surface filtration must be conditioned before use.
  2. Dust builds on conditioned layer, does not penetrate into filter body
  3. Dust is periodically removed with a reverse pulse of air, a brief low volume shockwave
  4. There will always be some dust left on the surface to filter new dust coming in.
  5. Element does not flex like a filter bag and therefore will…
        - Have a negligible depth penetration
        - Have a high filtration efficiency (HEPA rated)
        - Can handle variable dust load conditions
        - Have a very long filter life potential
  6. Catalyst promotes chemical reaction without being consumed
